Return window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after the carrier marks your order delivered. Contact support@haskeworld.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return eligibility

To qualify, the product must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, charging components, power bank where included, tags, and protective materials. Please do not remove protective film or use the item beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Gift cards, shipping charges, and items marked final sale are non-refundable except where required by law. Products damaged through misuse, improper charging, unauthorized modification, or ordinary wear are not eligible for a standard return.

Start a return

1. Email us within the return window with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
3. Pack every component securely and use a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging while we review the claim. We will work with you on an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Inspection and refunds

After the return is received, we will inspect it and email the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time before the credit appears. If a returned item is incomplete, used, or damaged beyond reasonable inspection, we may deny the return or reduce the refund where permitted by law.
